Website Auction Rules & Regulations:

1. Browse for your desired products below and simply start placing your bids!
2. Bid increments are applicable only in multiples of 1000's.
3. If you have been outbid by another participant, you shall receive a notification via email.
4. All the bids, including the highest bid, can be viewed on the product page by clicking on 'view bids.' Stay active to grab the product!
5. Once your bid is placed, it cannot be deleted.
6. The winner shall be notified via e-mail after the auction period.
7. To keep a fair spirit of the game, the winners have to honor their purchase within 2 hours.
8. If the winners fail to honor their purchase, they can be banned from playing future auctions.
9. Using coupons or discount codes after winning a bid will cancel the sale automatically.
10. Any modifications like resizing shall require 7 days for processing.
    
11. If you wish to change the ring size, we are happy to remake the design to fit. Any additional gold required will be charged at the current rates, and the making charges will be 50% of the original cost as a special accommodation.
    
12. Important Announcement: All the announcements related to the auction are done on our WhatsApp group.
