If someone outbids you, you'll get an instant SMS alert. Tap 'View Bids' on any product to see the current highest bid.
Bids once placed cannot be withdrawn.
Winners are notified by SMS after the auction ends and must complete their purchase within 2 hours.
Failing to honor a winning bid may bar you from future auctions.
Using coupons or discount codes on a winning bid cancels the sale automatically.
Modifications like resizing take 7 days. For ring size changes we'll happily remake the design — additional gold at current rates, making charges at 50% of original cost.
