How 110% Value Translates to Real Savings
Bring 10 grams of 18kt gold. At our website price of ₹12,500/gm, that’s worth ₹1,25,000 — but you receive 110% value, which is ₹1,37,500. Apply that toward a studded piece priced at ₹2,00,000 (already at ₹1,60,000 with an ongoing store offer). You save ₹40,000 on the piece and ₹12,500 on the gold. Total savings: ₹52,500.

We accept old gold from 9kt to 24kt — including outdated designs, broken pieces and coins, bought from any jeweller. Jewellery below 9kt is not accepted.
Your gold is scientifically tested for purity in front of you, and the testing report is shared with you transparently. You receive 110% of the assessed value — 10% higher than Fiona Diamonds’ prevailing website gold selling price. There are no deductions for purity loss, melting loss, or handling charges. Important: purity is determined post-melting, and the exchange value is calculated on the actual purity of the melted gold — not the karat mark on the jewellery.
Yes. The Gold Exchange Program is applicable alongside ongoing in-store offers, festival promotions and special collection offers — so you can stack benefits.
The Gold Exchange Program applies to our ready-to-purchase studded jewellery — pieces set with lab-grown diamonds. Gold coins are not eligible under this scheme. There’s no limit to how much old gold you can exchange.
No. The exchange value is fully adjusted against your purchase invoice — there is no cashback, and no credit balance is carried forward. We’d recommend choosing a piece at or above your gold’s exchange value.
Purchases made under the Gold Exchange Program are not covered by our standard 30-day return policy. This is clearly noted on your invoice at the time of purchase.
No original bill is required. Our in-store purity assessment determines the exchange value. Carrying a valid ID is recommended.
