This is one of the very few places in India where you can buy moissanite, a wonderful gem. Mr. Salman assisted me for choosing my moissanite ring and he is extremely polite and courteous. Great experience and I love my new ring.

I got customised earrings and bracelet from FIONA. I had an initial budget of 20k, but Shakahi was so professional, that i kept on buying. And in future as well i will keep on buying. Although the showroom is small, it is reasonable well stocked and the staff are friendly guide you well. Definitely suggest Fiona, especially if you are looking at custom made jewelry. She was very helpful from the beginning and till the moment I received my item in hands. I had ordered for a Diamond ring, which was of excellent quality. The light in the display box was just an amazing touch. The logistics was safe and received it without much delay. Overall it was wonderful experience shopping with Fiona. They claim to provide voucher and same time increase the price of diamonds. cost of diamond with same certification here is 1.5X times other diamond jewelers

Website: Works well but after the order/payment process needs better visualization of the whole pipeline. The payment gateways offer options like UPI, bank transfer and credit/debit cards. Typically after the order is placed, manufacturing (fabrication/polishing/engraving) takes around 10 business days or 2 weeks. However this process is not updated in real time on the website. I had to communicate with the Fiona team to get updates on the order status. Communication: The Fiona team (especially Ayushi) is professional, polite and courteous. They are also helpful and accomodating in case you want to add in some customisations like a custom engraving. Delivery and Product: Got delivered in 2 days after dispatch. The courier was on time and very professional. The rings look awesome and they come in LED light boxes. Diamond GIA certification, bills and certificate of authentication are included with details about gold and diamond characteristics. Verdict: Recommended for all your online diamond shopping :)
